01.tech

Since February 2025, I have worked at 01.tech as a Principal Product Designer, designing high-traffic product experiences for a large international audience. My work spans mobile web, desktop adaptations, and mobile app interfaces, with a focus on product flows, motion design, complex mechanics, interface quality, and scalable design patterns.

The product operates across multiple markets and white-label environments, so every feature needs to support localization, different content lengths, market-specific requirements, and frequent experiments. Depending on the project, I either led features end-to-end or joined specific initiatives as a product designer, working through research, hypotheses, prototypes, UI design, specs, handoff, grooming, and post-development design review.

Alongside product work, I helped improve design quality across the wider organization by contributing motion ideas, reviewing implementation, and running internal training sessions for a 300+ design team. These sessions covered Framer, fast concept creation, AI-assisted prototyping, and practical ways to turn ideas into interactive demos.

Hypetrack

Hypetrack is a major giveaway mechanic designed to replace an existing participation flow, increase engagement, and create a stronger reason for users to return. I worked on the feature from the early product stage with the product manager: we researched similar mechanics, redefined the logic, and rebuilt the experience around clearer participation, stronger reward presentation, and more engaging motion.

My work covered the core flow, mobile UI, ticket and prize mechanics, interaction states, motion direction, and design handoff, with support from graphic designers on key visual assets.

Video Streamer

This flow supports streamer-led giveaway mechanics for both streamers and viewers. We researched the existing experience, simplified the mechanic, and redesigned how live results, participant names, and reward outcomes are presented.

My role focused on reworking the product logic, simplifying the UI, and making the live giveaway experience clearer, more readable, and more dynamic during real-time use.

Promotions

Promotions is the main area for campaigns, offers, and reward-based product experiences. We analyzed the existing page, identified issues with visibility and engagement, and formed hypotheses around scroll depth, card interaction, and transitions into campaign details.

I redesigned the page structure, promotional cards, category navigation, reward-focused layouts, and entry points so campaigns were easier to scan, enter, and scale across different markets and offer types.

Missions

Missions is a task-based reward system designed to increase engagement and retention by turning user actions into structured challenges. The main challenge was scalability: missions needed to work as flexible templates that managers could create through an internal admin tool without requiring custom design for every task.

I worked on the research, mission structure, task cards, detail views, progress states, reward breakdowns, and completion feedback, creating a reusable system that could support many mission types and states.

Token

The token area is one of the product’s key strategic features, combining wallet balance, buying and selling mechanics, statistics, opportunities, and token education. I designed the main token experience where users interact with their balance, review charts, explore opportunities, and understand how the token works inside the product.

The work required close collaboration with the crypto product owner, developers, backend teams, and legal stakeholders, with a strong focus on financial clarity, technical constraints, terminology, and user understanding.

Lottery

The lottery is a token-based mechanic built around ticket purchase, number selection, draw timing, result states, and reward feedback. I designed the journey from prize discovery and ticket selection to number picking, ticket archive states, countdowns, and win feedback.

A large part of the work focused on making complex ticket behavior understandable while aligning the interface with backend logic, number calculation, draw rules, and large-scale participation constraints.

Chat

Chat is a new community concept covering user conversations, room switching, replies, reactions, support interactions, and moderation. I designed the mobile and desktop experience, including all key states and a related internal admin interface for support and moderation teams.

The project required close collaboration with product, support, and developers, with a strong focus on real-time behavior, moderation logic, technical constraints, and a structure that could scale beyond a basic chat interface.

Referral Program

The referral program was a redesign of an existing acquisition and reward mechanic. The goal was to make the earning model clearer, increase trust, and help users understand how referrals work and how much they have earned.

I reworked the invite flow, reward explanation, account summary, earning breakdown, and FAQ structure, focusing on transparency, simple steps, visible balances, and clearer reward logic.
